Royal Icing | Look for meringue powder (dried egg whites) at large discount stores, or at wilton.com. You may need to prepare several batches of Royal Icing for the Gingerbread Lighthouse depending on how thick the “snow” is on the base and how much is used to “glue” candy pieces to gingerbread structure.
